Heart of disciples group

Heart of Disciple is a Catholic youth group founded in 2015 by some Catholic youth, within the Apostolic Vicariate of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Deeply inspired by the spirituality of Taizé, this group would like to lead Christian and non-Christian into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church, by organizing Taizé Prayer service all around the Vicariate of Phnom Penh, and especially in the different parishes. Indeed, Taizé Prayer is a simple, meditative form of worship, calling us to dwell deeply on Christ’s presence around and within us. Indeed, the famous ‘mantra songs’ of the Community of Taizé –so appreciated in Cambodia, prayerful silence, and short readings guide the focus of the prayer in a candle-lit environment.
